Our biggest priority is customer satisfaction. While we hope it doesn't come to it, we will try to make any returns or refunds as painless as possible.
Your CTS Holster come with a lifetime warranty, meaning if your holster were to fail due to typical use, we would provide you a replacement or refund your purchase, excluding the cost of shipping. This does not include negligent care of your holster or hardware loss (such as retention screws), as you should be performing regular preventative maintenance on your holster to insure that everything is in proper working order.
CTS will not issue the refund if we have received the item to be returned and have determined the issue was caused by negligent care. For example, please do not leave your holster in direct sunlight, as the material can warp from the heat.
Please keep in mind that it is the customers responsibility to make sure they are ordering the correct holster. If you are unsure of what you need, please contact us prior to ordering. We will be happy to help you to determine what you need to order.
Quick Ship Holsters can be returned or exchanged within 5 business days of you receiving your holster for a full refund or exchange. Any custom holsters are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The 5 day grace period will be based off of shipment delivery confirmation. It is the customers responsibility to cover shipping costs to return their holster that is to be exchanged and to have the new holster shipped to them. We must receive the holster to be exchanged prior to us starting the building process of the new holster.
